STEP 1 - The Consultation
Contact us for a FREE, no-obligation consultation with someone from our experienced team. We will visit your home, conduct a thorough walkthrough, guide you through the process, and discuss the details of your sale. Feel free to ask any questions during this appointment.
Note: Please mark any items that are NOT for sale with a sticky note or tag to ensure they are not included in the evaluation.
STEP 2 - The Setup
About one to two weeks before your sale, our skilled staff will sort, organize, and price all items for sale. We provide the necessary tables and displays.
STEP 3 - The Sale
Our estate sales typically run for 2-3 days, usually from Thursday to Saturday. We handle all payments, including sales tax and credit card fees.
STEP 4 - The Payout
You will receive a check for the proceeds along with a categorized spreadsheet detailing all sales
